Our Founders

Matt Perry spent 12 years as a professional rugby player for Bath Rugby, playing a key part in winning the Heineken European Cup. He also represented England, the Barbarians and the British & Irish Lions on 45 occasions.

Matt retired from rugby in 2007, set up Transition 15 and set about imparting his in-depth knowledge of elite performance environments to the world of business.

Now, having spent as much time in high performance business as he did in first class sporting environments, Matt has a unique perspective to apply to your challenges.

Simon Wilsher is the Head of the Wilsher Group and is well-versed in ways of working for individuals, teams and organisations. He’s developed C-Me, a behaviour preference profiling tool that we use to help optimise internal team processes and has 30 years' experience in Corporate Coaching and Behavioural Change.
