From school days, Transition 15 founder, Matt Perry has had a keen interest in and passion for people and behaviour, whilst also demonstrating strong leadership abilities, setting about transforming the culture of his boarding house in his Head of House role.
Interested in pursuing this passion, he accepted an offer to study law and psychology at Cardiff University. However, also an eager sportsman, he grasped a chance to play rugby in South Africa and defer his place at university.
On his return Matt was offered an opportunity at Bath Rugby where he spent 12 years and played a key part in winning the Heineken European Cup. He also represented England, the Barbarians and the British & Irish Lions on 45 occasions learning what is required to be part of truly world-class, high-performing teams and how to successfully transition between teams.
Forced to retire through injury, Matt wanted to find a way to impart his unique insight and knowledge of world-class team environments to others in business. He spent several years training as an executive coach delivering change management and performance coaching programmes for clients such as Visa Europe, Marks and Spencer and Nationwide.
Matt then founded Transition 15 and now leads a team of Associate Performance Coaches, sharing their expertise and insights of high-performance environments to meet the unique needs of your organisation.

Alastair Lukies CBE is a UK businessman and entrepreneur best known as a pioneer and champion for the UK's global Fintech industry.
He has been at the forefront of the UK's Financial Technology industry, working with financial institutions, investors and regulators to promote collaboration and mutual benefit across the ecosystem. Al is Founder of Pollinate International. He is also Co-Chair of ChaChing, Chairman of the Fintech Alliance, Vice-Chairman of the Global Advisory Council at Motive Partners, Advisor to the FinTech Growth Fund and sits on the Prime Minister's Business Council.

David is 35 year veteran of the Food manufacturing industry, with experience of PLC, Family, Start up and Private Equity ownership. His early career was in Sales and marketing but the last 20 years have been in General Management leadership roles. He now Chairs The Bart Ingredients Co. where he was previously CEO for 13 years as well as supporting a number of other businesses as an NED or advisor. He has been a client of T15 for many years.

Lisa Ojomoh has amassed 30 years of commercial expertise in the Pharmaceutical & Management Consultancy industries. Specialising in Leadership & Management development, Sales & Account Management and Performance Coaching, Lisa has spent the last 10 years sharing her experiences across multiple sectors with audiences from 1-400. Lisa empowers her coachees to perform more confidently, competently & passionately.

Hannah brings 17 years of strategic leadership experience across science, innovation, policy engagement and change management. With a PhD in Laser Physics and a background in executive coaching, she specialises in team development, inclusive facilitation, and supporting professional growth and transformation. Hannah has led national programmes, cross-sector collaborations, and designed and delivered high-impact workshops for groups ranging from intimate teams to international programmes. She specialises in high-trust interventions that connect, align and transform team performance. Her approach integrates executive coaching to build clarity, confidence and momentum.

Sarah has had a diverse career as an operator and HR professional. She is dedicated to creating a positive workplace culture and driving organisational success through effective people management. With a proven track record in HR strategy development, talent acquisition, and employee relations, she is committed to enabling environments where individuals and companies can thrive. Her leadership capabilities and practical problem-solving skills have successfully enabled her to navigate HR management's complexities. Her areas of expertise include business development, resource allocation, diversity, equity & inclusion, project management, regulatory compliance, and performance management.

With a professional rugby career spanning over 24 years, Andy has been privileged to be involved in many elite sporting environments; both as a player and a coach.
Having a wealth of experience operating within high-performing teams and with a variety of individuals has enabled Andy to gain valuable insight and skills which he now translates into high-performance coaching. With experience across various business sectors, Andy practically applies his skills enabling people to be brilliant at what they do and creating a successful and happy business environment in which everyone can thrive.

Richard comes to T15 as a ICF ACC performance coach with 25+ years of multi-industry executive delivery experience spanning Technology, Financial services, manufacturing, alternative energy and public sector. Real-world leadership credibility that understands the challenges that executives face delivering strategic objectives on the ground.
Starting in South Africa through the amateur sports and transitioning into the professional era, Richard understands the dedication and mindset required to adjust/adapt to an ever changing environment which translates into performance coaching.

James has worked with governments, NATO, global businesses and organisations helping their leaders and teams to navigate uncertainty, strengthen resilience, and make confident decisions under pressure. With expertise in systems thinking and performance dynamics, he focuses on shifting from short-term resilience to sustained productivity and long-term impact. His global crisis-management experience brings proven, practical insight.
A former military commando, paratrooper, RNLI Lifeboat crew, and business founder, James approaches leadership with empathy, courage, and a focus on results. He believes resilience is about anticipating change, adapting with intent, and building the enduring strength teams need to thrive.

With a background in healthcare, retail and regulatory environments, encompassing management of multiple projects and stakeholders, Melissa brings her experience to lead our Client Account Team, ably supporting Matt and the Performance Coaches to provide the best services and experience to our clients.
